1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DJ Admin platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on DJ Admin's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. DJ Services

DJs using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services and availability
• Honor all confirmed bookings unless extenuating circumstances arise
• Maintain professional conduct during all events
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding music licensing and performance
• Handle song requests in a timely and professional manner

5. Event Organizers and Users

Users booking DJ services or attending events agree to:

• Provide accurate event information and requirements
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Treat DJs and other users with respect
• Comply with event rules and venue regulations
• Not submit inappropriate or offensive song requests

6. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Refund policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund
• DJ cancellations: Full refund to the customer

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting harmful code or malware
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform

8. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJ Admin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DJ Admin, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
