VIP and Premium subscriptions
VIP gives priority queue placement. Premium adds free monthly requests and, where a host enables it, early pass access.
- VIP: priority queue placement for your requests.
- Premium: everything in VIP, a monthly allowance of free song requests (wallet payments only), and early access to pass sales where the host switches that on.
- Billing is monthly or annual through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel.
Manage or cancel it in Subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, you keep the benefits until then, and you are not charged again. If you would rather stop straight away, we refund the unused part of the period pro rata; ask us through our contact form. See Cancel a subscription.
