What happens to my request
The artist can approve, decline or skip it. You are refunded if it is declined or never played.
- Pending: waiting for the artist or host to review it. Anything flagged by the automatic checks waits here for a person.
- Approved: it is in the queue and will be played at the artist's discretion.
- Playing or played: the song has been delivered and is not refundable by default.
- Declined: you are refunded straight away (wallet) or automatically (card).
