How song requests and content are moderated
Requests, dedications and reviews are checked automatically. Anything flagged waits for a person. Artists can decline any request.
- Song requests (title, artist, album and dedication text) and reviews go through an automatic profanity filter and, where enabled, an AI-based moderation check.
- Anything flagged is not approved automatically. It waits for the artist or host to review it.
- Artists and hosts can decline or skip any request.
- Staff can block particular songs platform-wide. A blocked song is refused when you request it. The block matches the song and artist name closely, so a variant title may not be caught.
You agree not to post abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, defamatory or illegal content, to impersonate anyone, or to manipulate the queue or ratings. The full list is in the Terms of Service.
