Delete your account

Delete your account from your settings. There is a 30-day grace period in which you can change your mind, then your personal details are removed.

  1. Sign in and open your settings (guest, artist or host).
  2. Find the delete account option and confirm it.
  3. Your account enters a 30-day grace period. It keeps working, and you can undo the deletion from the same place.
  4. When the 30 days end your account is anonymised. You cannot sign in to it again.

Before deletion can go ahead, anything you are owed must be settled, so we can postpone it while something is still outstanding: a wallet balance or held funds (ask us for a refund of your unused balance first), open song requests, live passes for an event that has not ended, events you run that are published or live, open bookings, a payout in progress, or earnings you have not withdrawn (request your payout first).

At the end your name, email, phone, sign-in details, photo, address, preferences and uploaded documents (including identity files) are deleted or anonymised. Financial records such as transactions, payouts, refunds and audit logs are kept for 7 years with no personal identifiers, because Australian tax and company law require financial records. Messages and tickets stay but show Deleted User. You can also download a copy of your data from your settings before you delete. The full list is in the [Privacy Policy.
