Yes. Unused wallet balance is refundable on request: ask us through the contact form.
Unused wallet balance is refundable on request, and balances do not expire. There is no withdraw button for guests yet, so contact us and tell us the amount you would like back. A top-up you later change your mind about is treated the same way: the unused part is refundable on request.
