How your wallet works
Top up your wallet and spend it on song requests. Wallet refunds go back to the wallet.
- Add money to your wallet from Wallet, paid through our payment partner, Stripe.
- Spend it on song requests. Money held for a pending request is shown separately from your available balance.
- If a request is declined, cancelled or never played, the held money returns to your available balance.
- Refunds of requests paid from the wallet go back to the wallet, not to your bank or card.
- Balances do not expire. The wallet is not a bank account and cannot be transferred to another person.
