- Our team reviews it. The status on your profile shows in review, needs more information, or not approved.
- Your earnings keep accruing while you wait. Nothing is lost.
- If we ask for more information, payouts unlock once you send what the reviewer asked for.
- If an application is not approved the decision is final; contact us if you think it was a mistake.
We may refuse, suspend or hold payouts where verification fails or fraud is suspected, and may ask for more information to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. How your documents are kept is explained in the Privacy Policy.
