How payments work
Prices are shown in the currency on screen, in Australian dollars by default, before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- You always see the price, including any skip-queue, dedication surcharge, tip and coupon, before you confirm.
- Amounts are in the currency shown on the screen, which defaults to Australian dollars (AUD).
- You can pay a song request from your wallet, or by card where card payment is available. Wallet top-ups and event passes are paid through our payment partner, Stripe.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. DJHOLIC never sees your full card details.
- Prices include GST. DJHOLIC (Isan Group Pty Ltd) is registered for GST and receipts say that prices include GST.
A payment that fails or is reversed may cancel the related request or pass. If you were charged and nothing happened, see Charged but my request, pass or top-up did not go through.
