How long does a refund take?
Wallet refunds are immediate. Card refunds go to the original method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
- Wallet refunds are credited immediately.
- Card refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank decides the exact time.
- The refund is for what you actually paid after any coupon. We do not currently deduct a payment-gateway fee from a refund.
- Every refund is recorded against your account so a dispute can be traced.
