Book an artist
Search for an artist, send a booking request, and wait for them to accept. You cannot publish until one has.
- Open your event and go to the Artist tab.
- Search artists by stage name or genre. You can filter by minimum rating and by artists who are free on your event date. Only approved artists are listed.
- Add an optional message (up to 1,000 characters) and choose Send booking request.
- Track it under Artist bookings. Statuses are Awaiting artist, Accepted, Declined, Counter-offer from artist and Cancelled.
An artist may reply with a counter-offer of different times, which you can accept or decline. You can cancel a pending request and ask someone else. Once an artist has accepted, the Publish button appears.
