Publish your event
Choose Publish once an artist has accepted. The event then appears for guests, goes live at its start time and completes at its end.
- Make sure your business details are approved and the event has a venue, location, at least one genre and a booked artist who has accepted.
- On the event page choose Publish.
- Share the link and QR code so guests can join.
If the Publish button is missing, the event has no artist yet: the page says to book an artist, and have them accept, before publishing. Publishing can also be refused if the number of passes is above capacity, a private event has a pass price set, the venue has been blocked, or our team has not approved the event. The message tells you which.
Published events turn live at their start time and completed at their end time automatically. You can also end a live event early with End now, or cancel it.
