Run a private party
Tick Private event, share the code or QR with your guests, optionally email invitations, and check people in from the guest list.
- When you create the event, tick Private event. This hides it from public discovery. Private events do not sell passes, so the pass price and number are cleared.
- Book an artist and publish as usual. A private event still needs an accepted artist.
- Send guests the code or join link from the Join code and QR card. Guests must sign in and use the code to join; without it they are refused.
- Optional: open the Invitations tab and enter up to 100 guests at a time, one per line as an email or phone, optionally followed by a comma and a name. Choose Invite and email.
- On the night, check people in from the guest list. See Check guests in at the door.
- Invitation emails include the join code. Phone-only invitees are recorded but not messaged, so send them the code yourself.
- The Invitations tab shows how many are invited and joined, and how many invitations are left under your capacity. You can revoke a pending invitation.
- An invitation does not replace the code for a private event.
- A private event page can only be read by you, the booked artist, people who have joined, and invitees.
