Sell passes: price, number and transfers
An event has one pass price and a number of passes. Leave the price blank for a free event.
- Pass price: the amount for one pass. Leave it blank and the event is free: guests simply join with the code or QR and no pass is sold.
- Number of passes: how many passes you will sell. Passes can never exceed the event's capacity, and the event shows Sold out when they run out.
- Passes can be transferred to another guest: tick it if guests may pass theirs on.
- There is one pass type per event: every guest pays the same price. Each guest can hold one pass per event.
- Passes are paid by card through Stripe. Guests need a DJHOLIC guest account to buy one, and have 30 minutes to finish paying.
- Pass sales run while the event is published or live and has not ended. Private events never sell passes.
Guests see an Entry pass card with the price and how many spots are left. After they pay, the pass appears in their account as a QR code. On your event's Passes and check-in tab you see Sold, Not yet scanned, Checked in and Unpaid checkouts.
You earn from pass sales for events you create, after payment processing fees. See Get paid.
